From the very first sketch to the final diamond selection, every step is carefully tailored to you. Whether you already have a clear vision or are starting from scratch, we work closely together to bring your ideas to life — through virtual consultations or in-person appointments.
1. Getting to Know You
Every project begins with a conversation.
During a private consultation — online or in-store — our designers take the time to understand your vision, your inspiration, and your expectations. We guide you through the entire process, answering your questions and helping you refine your ideas.

2. Sketching Your Ring
Once we understand your vision, our designers begin translating it into sketches.
From the curve of the band to the proportions of the setting, every detail is carefully considered. You will have the opportunity to review and refine the design until it feels exactly right.
To begin the design process, a £500 deposit is required — fully deductible from your final invoice.
3. Your Diamond Selection
With the design finalized, we move on to selecting your diamond.
Our gemologists will present a curated selection of stones based on your preferences, style, and budget. Along the way, you will be guided through the essentials — including the 4Cs — ensuring you make a confident and informed choice.
4. The Crafting of Your Ring
This is where your piece comes to life.
Your design is entrusted to our master craftsmen — goldsmiths, setters, and polishers — who bring together precision and expertise to create your ring.
The process typically takes up to 6 weeks. If you are working with a specific deadline, our team will do everything possible to accommodate your timeline.
5. Your Dream Ring
Once complete, your ring is ready to begin its story.
It will be delivered securely to your door, presented in our signature box, alongside its diamond certificate. You may also choose to collect it in person at our London showroom.
